WE ARE ANXIOUSLY ANTICIPATING REINSTATING IN-PERSON MEETINGS !!!!!!!
The Saddlebrooke community is blessed to have organizations such as Saddlebrooke Rotary and Saddlebrooke Senior Village, not to mention the Desert Life Pharmacy.
What a year we have had. Thanks in a large part to Saddlebrooke Senior Village and Desert Life Pharmacy we are fast approaching full vaccination of our members, and we are now looking forward to once again meeting each other in person. One of the great lessons learned has been the inclusive benefits of having a virtual meeting option. We call ours Zoom at Noon. During the Covid pandemic our club has been able to maintain active participation through this format, continuing to average about 30 participates per meeting.
We are developing alternative meeting options that may include hybrid (in-person and virtual) meetings, alternative meeting sites and other meeting upgrades. In the weeks that follow we hope to begin limited in-person meetings which are consistent with safe Covid guidelines. We are hopeful that by the beginning of the next Rotary year, July 1, 2021 we will be again meeting in person, but with the addition of Zoom access at the same time.
