Wreathes Across America – Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery - Marana Attend the WAA ceremony and lay wreaths on veteran graves at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Marana. It is suggested that members who have not attended a WAA ceremony go to this WAA ceremony so they can experience the full ceremony. The ceremony begins at 10A. The drive time from Saddlebrooke 2 to the veterans’ cemetery in Marana is about 45 minutes. It will be a bit longer from the Ranch. The turnout has been large in the past and parking is somewhat limited. With that, it will be best to depart around 8:45A, no later than 9A. Car pooling is recommended. This can be arranged after we know who is going to the Marana ceremony. WAA Mission: Remember the fallen. Honor those who serve. Teach the next generation the value of freedom.
