On Thursday, April 8, 2021 Saddlebrooke Rotarians and Guests will meet James Horvath, Founder and Chairman of Town West Realty.  If you would like to join us for this interesting presentation please contact Bob Christadore, Program Chairman, at rchristadore@gmail.com or Joe Guyton, President, at jjguytonjr@gmail.com
Established in 1980, Town West Companies are a conglomerate of real estate investment, development, and property management firms. TWR, Inc. and its affiliate companies own, operate and manage a significant real estate portfolio including approximately 2 million square feet of commercial/retail/office property, multi-family residential, and future development projects in Arizona.
The Oro Valley Marketplace, a once-envisioned community hub for the town, has coped with vacant storefronts for years. Town West purchased the 100-acre property in 2019.  Town West has already gone to work filling empty spaces. News of the purchase came with the announcement that Ashley Furniture HomeStore will move into a 45,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by Dick’s Sporting Goods.

On Thursday at the weekly meeting of  the Rotary Club of Saddlebrooke, members and guests will hear from Jim Horvath.   Jim is leading the redevelopment of the Marketplace.   The group plans to build an entertainment district, three new hotels, park, pool, apartments and more.
