Saddlebrooke Rotary's Responsibilities to protect our youth.
Wendy Guyton, Membership Chairperson for Saddlebrooke Rotary has taken the lead in District 5500 to make sure that we are all informed of our responsibilities to keep our youth safe. As the Youth Protection Officer our club she has worked tirelessly to develop, implement, and manage a program aimed at assuring a safe environment for all youth clients and volunteers while participating in Rotary activities.
Rotary International's Statement of Conduct for Working With Youth
Rotary International strives to create and maintain a safe environment for all youth who participate in Rotary activities. To the best of their ability, Rotary members, their partners, and other volunteers must safeguard the children and young people with whom they come into contact and protect them from physical, sexual, and psychological abuse.
